1. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your billing page or email pcdeskonline@gmail.com with your purchase email and receipt details. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period.
2. Refund rules
- Initial purchase: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase (unless local law says otherwise).
- Renewals: generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of billing error/duplicate charge.
3. Payment processing
For customers outside Russia, payments and refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. For customers in Russia, payments and refunds may be processed by YooKassa or another local payment provider. We will assist you via support if needed.
